Long-Running Incident Alerts

In this release we introduce a new feature that will help you and your team stay on top of ongoing incidents.

Receive email alerts when an ongoing incident is left without updates for a (configurable) number of hours.

You can configure the numer of hours after which you'd like to receive a notification about the long-running incident in your status page settings.
