Twitter integration fix

If you had configured your Twitter integration before, and Tweets are not being sent out anymore, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the "New incident" form by clicking on "Update status" then "New incident"

2. Scroll down to find the "Tweet" checkbox, and click on "Change"

This should re-enable your Twitter integration.

Apologies for the inconvenience, the issue arose from Twitter API changes without prior notification.
