August 22, 2024

We’re thrilled to announce some powerful new features that will make managing your status page even more accessible and more efficient. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new:

🚀 Import from Status.io

Migrating to StatusPal just got a whole lot simpler! If you’re switching from Status.io, our new importer allows you to transfer your status page data effortlessly.

When you create a new status page with your organization, you’ll find the button to import, making it easier to port over your previous status page without a hitch.

With just a few steps, you can import:

  • Basic Status Page Details: Keep your status page consistent without any extra effort.
  • Services/Components: No need to manually recreate your setup—we’ve got you covered.
  • Subscriptions: Ensure all subscribers are carried over seamlessly from Email and SMS.

Enter your API key and status page ID, and we’ll handle the rest.

📊 Exporting Incidents to CSV

We know how important it is to keep a detailed record of incidents, and now you can download this data directly from the Incidents page. With a simple click, you can export a CSV report that includes all the important details of your incidents.

This feature is restricted to users with Owner roles, ensuring that your data stays secure.

📧 Improved Email Subscription Retrieval

We’ve made it easier for your subscribers to manage their subscriptions. When someone tries to sign up with an already registered email, we’ll send them a "Manage Subscription" link instead of an error message.

This streamlined process enhances user experience and ensures your subscribers can easily access their settings.

🔔 Second Auto-Maintenance Notifications

Many of our users have been asking for this feature, and we’re happy to finally say it is here! Why settle for just one maintenance notification, when you can have two? That’s why we’ve added a second automatic notification for scheduled maintenance, ensuring that your users are fully informed and prepared.
